 Monitor validity of Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Product Certifications throughout the company Conduct internal audits on all departments to verify compliance with QMS & EMS requirements  Maintain necessary logs for monitoring & analysis of customer complaints, Non-Conformities, product failures, ... Lead proper investigation, root cause analysis & corrective action planning to ensure correct closing of non-conformities so as not to be repeated again.  Conduct process audits to ensure manufacturing procedures are aligned with specs requirements Maintain and update list of Accreditations and product certifications Assist in getting new accreditations and/ or product certifications as required Assist in conducting product qualification testing program & relevant reporting Assist in setting quality plans and issuance of project specific inspection & test plans "ITPs" Control Documents through the online Document Management System, issuance of "Form master list" & "Departmental list" Ensure availability of controlled documents to users throughout the company based on authorization and access levels Ensure all products Know-How documents are updated Identify and recommend improvements for Document Management Assist Manager-QA& Audits in monitoring & implementation of K.H.  Assistance in support on specific TQM/ QMS projects Assist in improvement on FPI group customer satisfaction levels  Assist in logging & analysis of data required for monitoring customer satisfaction Conduct HSE related management inspections on all manufacturing units Assist in preparing for, conducting of management review meetings and issue relevant MOMs Assist HR in setting training plans for current employees as OJT & orientation training program for new personnel

 Manage Quality Assurance process to ensure products meet specifications and client requirements Validate HSE and production process by leading an audit and testing program  Raise NCRs in case of non-compliance  Close all audit findings (NCRs) and recommend corrective action to all concerned departments  Ensure maintenance and renewal of company’s Accreditations and product certifications as required in order to maintain their continuity Availability of Company Quality Manual & Quality Policy Availability of Process flow & Procedures Availability of Quality Objectives & Work environment feedback records for minimum production & QC processes. No. of improvement projects Act as Management Representative (MR) for external audits of accreditation bodies and client representatives Liaise with government bodies regarding civil defense and environmental audits  Ensure the effective achievement of QA departmental objectives through the leadership of the QA section – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section Individual objectives, training and development plans in place for all direct reports within the timescales defined by the corporate Performance Management process Frequency of feedback & appraisal meetings Ensure that any changes to National or International Standards to which the Company operates are updated as and when changes are implemented so as to comply to the latest requirements Availability of List of current National & International Standards in use within the company Availability of Standards Renew, update and circulate revisions to the Quality Assurance Procedures as they occur through the issuance of controlled documents in order to ensure that only the latest documents are in use

*QC project documentation controller:• Issue the project related material certificates in accordance with the EN standards (3.1 certificates).• Issue the project related ITPs & all the project relevant documents.•Receiving /logging in the Incoming correspondence related to the projects.•Maintaining project correspondence (hard copies/digital copies) which can be stored / retrieved / archived / indexed efficiently.•Clerical support to project team. • Coordinate with the 3rd parties to perform the in-house inspections & provide them with documents, technical information & all the required support for the ease of inspection.*QA document controller:•Responsible for tracking and monitoring the distribution, submittal and reconciliation of process or reference documents in accordance with Document Control Management system & standards.•Maintain an organized system for locating documents, adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines•Ensure that accurate and reliable information is readily available, wherever and whenever required.• Provide advice and guidance across the organization on document production, control and management • •Coordinate multi tasks and share knowledge on document control processes and procedures with the team• Coordinate the regular review and update of internal documents.• Ensure superseded or obsolete documents are withdrawn to prevent unintended use.• Maintain records to demonstrate compliance with the quality management system, including archive files for superseded or withdrawn documents.•Coordinate the review of new or changed external documents with relevant managers to ensure any requirements are taken into account.• Carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure all staff have access to up to date documentation and that withdrawn or superseded documents have been withdrawn from use.•Verifying that the documentation for the quality management system is available in all locations and retrievable.
