1. The management of, and reporting on, the company Quality Management (QM) system.2. The promotion of QM system philosophy and maintenance of quality awareness throughout all areas of the company.3. Coordinating the modification and update of standard project procedures to bring about improved methods of working.4. Systematic auditing for adherence to the QM system.5. Ensuring that existing operational systems are enhanced,and new systems developed to meet changes in the organization, client requirements and/or industry standards, and as the result of feedback from projects.6. Coordination of the process of editing and amending the standard project procedures to meet specific project and contractual requirements.7. Insure proper implementation of the company QM system and monitoring it through internal quality audits in a systematic and independent examination to determine whether quality activities and related results comply with planned arrangements, are implemented effectively, and are suitable to achieve objectives.8. Periodically analyze internal and external audit results, with summary provided to the company Quality Manager for the purpose of review to ensure optimum efficiency.9. Assess the quality system effectiveness and identify possible changes that can be made to improve working summarized in an audit report distributed to the auditees and their respective supervisors.

1. Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.2. Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.3. Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.4. Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop road-map and sales strategy to secure new business.5. Inform Account Managers on identified business opportunities.6. Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.7. Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth. 8. Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.9. Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.10. Coordinate with Business development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.11. Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fair etc. in order to increase company’s recognition.

1. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.2. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.3. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.4. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions.5. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.6. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.7. Preparing reports as required.8. Coordinate between different parties involved in the construction project.9. Monitor project budget and schedule.10. Prepare project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
