_ Observing & Controlling the budgets ( Including:-Materials,Manpower,Equipment,Subcontractors ) of projects to assist of maintaining the projected profit percentage from the contract with no change ( Focusing on not decreasing )._ Reporting the daily material requests from projects' sites with its quantities & prices connected to its budgets according to project for showing the positive & negative deviations from budget to make a recommendations for CEO to take correct decision according to giving information._ Reporting a monthly report for each project showing the actual cost vs the budget cost for all its ( Material,Manpower,Equipment,Subcontractor ) to show the variance (+ve or -ve ) and its effect to the contract value & so far the projected profit % ._ Making a recommendation to CEO for deprivations parts of budget highlighting the actual accomplishment % vs the projected one in taking consideration the actual time vs projected time to achieve this to get rid of any penalties and over costing and therefore keeping up the budget ._Showing Weekly/Monthly Earned Value,Planned Value,Actual Cost to get the Cost Performance Index (CPI) ,to measure the value of work completed to the actual costs or progress made on project._ Showing Weekly/Monthly Cost to Complete Estimation to finish the project regarding time with cost according to actual quantities vs budget quantities in taking consideration the change of the surrounding environmental rates plus the actual rates of company in the 4 forces of the budget ( Material,Manpower,Equipment,Subcontractor)._ Assisting to set the budget of projects with planning engineers with actual rates and expected rates to be over the periods of project to get rid off the frequency of rates to recommend an approximate rate in the tender._ Assisting to set the rates of the contract to take off the frequency of inflation rates to make billing money valuable over the periods of project.
