Job Summary:Responsible for overseeing the engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. This role involves managing the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive innovation.Duties & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the engineering team in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.• Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.• Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support.• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.• Identify and address potential risks and issues in the development process.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
