Risk Based Certification concept) is in conformance with the quality requirements of the company.•To organize and plan audit phases in co-operation with planner.•To prepare the documentation and give recommendation either for issuing, suspension or withdrawing certificate.•Supervise the work to other members of an audit team.•Ensure that the independent nature of the Management System Certification is not compromised at any time.•To make audit notes.•To make final decisions regarding the conduct of the audit and any audit observation.•Take care of customer´s NCN´s.•Take part in required training events.•Take care of new customer needs.

Conduct effective audit program and monitor the audits as per schedule. Conduct compliance audits in accordance with standards & procedures in order to determine compliance with organizational policies, procedures & standards. Develop formal written reports (identify process for the department being audited, controls and weakness, observation and recommendation with the staff being audited) to communicate audit results. Identifies the non-conformity within a process area in place to mitigate those non-conformities. Follow-up to determine adequacy of corrective actions. Ensuring the closure of NCs in time. Promotes Quality awareness to the staff and provides quality awareness to newly hired personnel Keeps records of non-conformities from audits, of problems, defects and operating statistics from Departments.

• Responsible for Implement, establish and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems for Legrand Group in the medial east and north Africa . Directly accountable to the Managing Director and Management Representative. Maintain documentation for the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System. Review procedures, codes and notices to ensure their relevance and effectiveness. Follow-up with the execution of the internal Audits (QMS, OHS and EMS), as well as arranging and implementation of the Management Review Meetings.• Responsible for the internal communication in side Egypt subsidiary and the Legrand group.• Responsible to follow the customer complains (for Legrand Group in the medial east and north Africa).• Oversee, maintain, and improve the company's ISO 9001:2000 program. • Analyze and recommend appropriate changes of ISO procedures to Management Representative and Management Director.• Audit existing and new ISO procedures for compliance based on ISO requirements and audit history. • Verify that procedures are in use, functional and efficient.• Assume the responsibility of ISO Representative for Applied Data Systems, coordinate and administer third party quality audits, inclusive of schedules, communication, reports and tracking follow-up actions.• Report ongoing activities to Management/Board of Directors and keep the company continuous improvement efforts on track.• Oversee and champion the Corrective Action system.• Maintain the corrective/preventive action program, inclusive of tracking status of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, working with departments for timely completion and periodic reports and metrics.• Monitor, evaluate and assign corrective actions to appropriate department heads for completion.
