Responsible for the Out for Delivery (OFD) Planning, and working on the Last Mile Team performance addressing all challenges.Responsibilities:• Run the Out for Delivery plan on a daily basis• Coordinate all aspects of shipment transportation• Full awareness of the areas in the governorates of Cairo and Giza, and knowledge of traffic lines. Ensure all shipments are delivered within the required time range• Operational Plan for the best Transit Time from our hup to all other Zones in Giza.• Align with the sorting team to make sure orders are prepared• Align with the Fleet Team to make sure the needed fleet numbers are available• Follow up on the dispatcher plan.• Track monthly plan achievements and challenges• Analysis of performance challenges and propose solutions• Update Courier Scorecards and daily reports such as performance dashboard, delivery success rate, and team attendance• Excellent customer service.• Track the orders status and check undeliverable reasons with the couriers and report them• Ensure that all couriers submitted the collected amounts• Track double runs' incentive and validate the partial run deliveries• Identify the partial run delivers route causes and propose solutions• Track customer's complaints• Deal competently with customers' complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue.• Follow up on the deficit sheet, review deficit reasons and solve them• Supervise, train, evaluate, and develop couriers, and freelancers to maintain an adequate and motivated workforce at all times.• Review the team attendance and ensure that the needed manpower is available• Ensure that the couriers are out with the orders on time• Address any couriers’ problems• Validate the reports shared by the Ground Courier Team Leaders• Control the capacity of each warehouse
