• Accountable for the Delivery capacity of territory, to include resources i.e. people and vehicles as part of the supply chain capacity.
• Accountable for minimizing the lead times for customer deliveries by securing the optimization of resources allocation and planning the same, ” Provide Next day delivery”.
• Controlling the cost of running delivery customer deliveries, in order to achieve budget and work efficiently to reduce long-term costs.
• Outsourcing management and (payment, daily evaluation, dedication as per contract).
• Daily Complain analysis and provide preventing action to reduce complain, Resolve Quality concerns and customer complaints, “ Complain percentage below 0.5%”.
• Monitor order management systems and routing systems to optimize routes and resolve outstanding order issues.

Saudi Arabia

• Ensure that all customers’ complaints are resolved daily with a high sense of urgency.
• Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
• Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate action plans for sales improvement
• Ensure competitor pricing is checked and monitored through weekly price audits

KSA

• Ensure that store management demonstrates superior customer service.
• Ensure customers’ complaints are resolved with sense of urgency.
• Ensuring sales performance is maximized through optimum store set up across all sections as per the expected standards
• Works alongside Sales Manager to ensure synergy between Operations and Sales Teams
• Ensuring product availability is maximized and book stock kept accurate

KSA

• Ensure that all section employees understand eXtra customer services philosophy.
• Ensure all customer services issues within section are resolved in the same day.
• Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
• Identify sales opportunities for respective section.
• Create a sales culture within section through data analysis and team communication.
• Take appropriate action to ensure that the section is maximizing sales of every item.

• Ensure the proper conservation, utilisation and profitability of the sections assets.
• Follow the hygiene and safety rules of the store and local authorities.
• Ensure the respective warehouses and sections are well kept and clean.
• Ensure sufficient supply of goods, accurate labelling of items and correct pricing.
• Guarantee a clear image of assortment, quality and discount in the section.
• Respect and implement company approved planogram.

• Arranging bakery and pastry product in the shop and communicating with all types of customers.
• Responsible for executing sales strategy to market company's products through order taking, store merchandising and managing goods return.
