Current- Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet both commercial requirements and manage department budget.
- Establishing delivery processes, streamline these processes and procedures to ensure each customer gets the same great experience.
- Lead current Last-mile team and grow it further & Supervise to ensure that safety best practices are being followed while handling customer orders.
- Manage, motivate, and support a Last-mile team within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment, to ensure effective contribution in order to deliver team performance and productivity.
- Monitoring Last-mile team performance against SLAs and KPIs success ratio.
- Monitoring outsource delivery partners performance & Managing suppliers invoices.
