With over 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and category management, I am currently the Category Manager at Floward, an online platform for flowers and gifts delivery. I am responsible for managing the assortment, pricing, and merchandising of various product categories, as well as analyzing the market trends, customer behavior, and competitors' strategies. I am also certified as a Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics. In my previous roles, I worked as an Assistant Category Manager and a Demand Planning Assistant Manager at Xcite by Alghanim Electronics, one of the leading retailers of consumer electronics and appliances in the Middle East. There, I contributed to the optimization of the product mix, the improvement of the sales forecast accuracy, and the reduction of the inventory costs and risks. I have a strong passion for problem-solving, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
