As the Head of Growth Globally at FARFETCH, my role has grown and evolved beyond its initial focus on the Middle East region. Now, I lead growth across four key channels globally: Display, Affiliate, Partnerships, and Influencers, each with its unique challenges and opportunities.My journey with FARFETCH began in 2018 when I launched the Middle East Affiliate Program, which quickly became a key growth driver. This success opened the door for me to launch a new channel which is the Growth Partnerships, where I’ve built successful collaborations with some of the world’s leading companies, including top airlines, banks, and payment partners. Eventually, I took on the leadership of the entire Growth department for the Middle East, and today, I’m honored to lead four key channels globally.What I’m most proud of, though, isn’t just the growth numbers or the strategic wins; it’s the relationships I’ve built along the way. I love connecting with my team, understanding their passions, and supporting their growth. This approach has created an environment where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered to do their best work.
