Current- Defining and executing a comprehensive affiliate strategy across various partner types, including affiliate networks, content partners, and incentive partners (coupon codes and cashback). Each partner is managed according to their business nature and our specific requirements, with a strong emphasis on driving their growth and performance.- Developing a global partnerships strategy that delivers significant value to key partners and their customers. This includes offering unique benefits such as exclusive experiences for top-tier customers, along with points, miles, and cashback through airline programs and loyalty partners. Additionally, we selectively offer discount codes to broader audiences via banking and payment partners when it aligns with our strategy.- Building and nurturing relationships with influencers, both directly and through agencies. We focus on brand activations that boost brand awareness, as well as coupon code promotions aimed at driving growth and increasing conversions.- Optimizing our global Display strategy to effectively re-engage existing customers and attract new ones. This involves collaborating with Display partners and implementing targeting strategies that align both upper-funnel and lower-funnel campaigns.- Fostering collaboration across departments to ensure our growth initiatives align with broader business goals, including legal compliance, brand building, commercial strategies, and other key synergies.- Working closely with finance teams to manage budget allocations, regional spending, and toppling targets, with a constant focus on optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).- Proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities by establishing key strategic collaborations. This approach allows us to adapt to the company’s priorities in each market, season, and customer segment.
