 Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), preparing point to point commercial responses. Provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing team on TETRA System and enquiries. Provide a consultative approach to clients to ensure TETRA is the preferred solution to the client and to prepare technical customer requirement documents. Provide technical support in preparation of sales proposals and tender documents. Complete sophisticated costing exercise, to ensure that business is won and to ensure company profitability is maintained at agreed levels. Provide, lead, control the engineering, and system design.  Work with the team of RF engineers to produce meaningful external and internal designs for TETRA RF coverage. In Building Solution (IBS) for indoor coverage enhancement design and BOQ generation. Provide technical solutions in any agreed timescales by working with Project Manager and Operations Manager. Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), preparing point to point technical responses, compliance matrices and BoM according to customer’s requirements Provide support to complete sophisticated site surveying reports and to build a technical proposal for TETRA radio solution from beginning to end. Supporting sales efforts from the technical side. Gathering customer’s technical requirements and providing customers with the proper technical solution that meets his needs.  Develop documentation, processes and Statement of Work (SoW) for best practices for TETRA network operations. Initiate plans for expansion, upgrading and replacement of network operations and maintenance.
