Key responsibilities:• Provide prompt technical support to the sales team on product selection, value engineering, pricing, submittal preparation, and professional feedback to address customer inquiries.• Perform product selection and use adequate cooling equipment based on project requirements.• Apply Taqeef standards and UAE authorities' regulations, e.g., QCC, ESMA, ESTIDAMA in the selection process to ensure legal compliance.• Perform necessary engineering calculations to support product recommendations.• Assist the sales team during the meetings with external parties (Client/Consultant) and provide technical advice for proposals submitted when and as required.• Keep accurate records of the final project data.• Maintain up to date knowledge of the HVAC standards, regulations, and technologies.• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.• Address complex project requirements, specifications, and regulations to the product team.
