Plan and coordinate the budget for workshop activities in order to respond tothe needs of plant production.Manage, train, and supervise technicians team through several activitiessuch as PM services, troubleshooting, and several repairs related to fleet ofheavy and light equipment (CAT, MAN, Atlas Copco, …etc).Monitor and ensure the implementation of all equipment repairs in compliancewith manufacturers recommendations and guidelines through equipment'smanuals, schematics, and softwares such as CAT SIS and ET.Manage and implement reporting practices such as inspection & PM reports,equipment documentation, technical analysis reports, monthly performancereport, and monthly repair plan schedules.Complete and submit Technical Recommendations to purchase the requiredspares for all purchase requests clearly identifying parts ordered and for whichequipment.Plan scheduled supply of spare parts and consumables (stock) based onpreventive maintenance schedules and monthly planned major repairs.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test all CAT heavy equipment problems that related to engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronic systems using CAT electronic technician (ET) and other special tools, and provide technical service reports regarding repairs and/or tests done.Follow the guidelines and the recommendations of Caterpillar Service Information System (SIS) in parts salvaging and reusability to carry out all major or minor repairs and tests.Supervise and guide technicians team through many activities regarding troubleshooting and repair works, and determine the optimal scope of works to be carried out.Supervise and carry out Caterpillar TA1 and TA2 tests on used equipment as per customer request and evaluate the general status of all components accordingly.Lead and supervise technicians in several mining and construction projects.
