Moath is the author of the upcoming book (How Designer works, Design Thinking for Architects). He is a Design Strategist, Architect, and Manager with a passion for a human-centered design using empathetic and participatory tools to mold spaces and ideas. In May 2019 he got his master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management program at Parsons School of Design within The New School in New York City. Over the last 13 years, Moath worked with different for-profit and nonprofit organizations and corporations across the USA in New York City and Ohio state, in addition to his long experience overseas.In his last year at Parsons, Moath searched, developed, and tested his business model idea in the design field. In May 2019 he launched his business idea called Street Design Strategist SDS and helped the MAS New York chapter in working on the MAS Staten Island new community center.Moath is interested in sharing his experience with others, which was the main reason behind writing his first book. He used an innovative approach to implement the Design Thinking framework, and the design toolkit he created addresses client challenges and end-user needs building on his work with many large corporations and mega-projects at different design and strategic levels, besides working on many local and international architectural competitions, as well as his experience with different cultures and backgrounds. Moath has an innovative style and skills in presenting design and research, building on a thorough understanding of his clients and audiences. All that helped him succeed in all his roles.
