From sourcing the right vendors, defining the scope-of-work, getting a quote, negotiating the terms, and supervising the process. I serve as the company's hub of knowledge and authority and integrate both outsourced services and in-house scientific, sales, and marketing teams.As part of my job, I also led the fundraising of $20M, the IPO on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, and several DD processes.

As COO & CBDO, I expanded the business globally, adding clients and suppliers from Australia, New Zealand, England, The Netherlands, Russia, Hong Kong, Japan and many other countries.The company changed its focus from mass production to niche markets during my tenure, while doubling its profits.
