General job description & responsibilitiesParticipating in project initiation, planning and contract implementation.Defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility and contractibilityCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements andrequired actionsDetermining project requirements and resources as human, equipment, Sub-contractors, materials, 3rd parties and consultants to fulfill project needs and plans.Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ strengths, background and experience.Participating and Attending stakeholder’s meetings and conferences to maintain projectaligned with client’s satisfaction and company’s regulations.Review and re-distribute project budget and plans along the project lifecycle.Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budget management and ensuringcompliance with contract docs, construction industry standards, codes and governmentregulationsAssessing project risk and proactively resolving solutions and precautions.Present reports to stakeholders on progress as well as area of concerns and solutionsImplement and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and expenses includingthe development of contingency plans to meet project outputs and my companycontractual rights and profits.Report and escalate to higher management as neededIdentify and obtaining support required for the contract administration, Human Resources, accounting, planning, and control of the projectCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Implement and develop procurement policies and processes.Evaluate and recommend potential vendors and sub-contractors.Prepare tendering documents and relative correspondences as RFQ, RFP. Reply tenderer queries to ensure that all data required for tendering are available and clear.Receive and analyze vendor offers comparing to specifications and cost budget.Negotiate with vendors prices and contract conditions in order to meet projects constrains such as quality, time, scope, cash flow and budget.Report and recommend the most acceptable offer, S/c or supplier. Issue bid summary and technical compliance statement.Participate in subcontract and supply agreement preparation in coordination with the commercial dept.Prepare all reports, correspondences and schedules related to procurement and tendering issues.

Prepare Construction method statements. Prepare rebar shop drawings and bar bending schedules.Prepare finishes shop drawings and material submittals.3; Prepare Rebar shop and as-built drawings.
