Eni North Africa (Libya -Mellitah Complex)

- Worked with Dietsmann company as a member of the engineering team in Inspection section - Inspection engineer for inspecting the several plants in complex (SRU, Gas sweating, fractionations units, utilities, power plant & water desalination plant)- Perform inspection on pressure vessels, towers, heat exchanges, multistage evaporators, heaters, Boilers with pressure parts & piping- Inspection of Boilers with entire pressure parts (steam drum,water drum,primer superheater, final super heater,desuperheater, combustion chamber, burners, windbox, ecuminizer and fuel gas stack) according to API 573- Perform inspection on re-generation gas heaters on the gas plants and carried out NDEs, pneumatic testing and repair of the damaged tubes in the convection & radiant sections according to API 573- Reporting for inspection results & documented - Preparing maintenance workbook for pressure vessels & piping- Develop an inspection plan for the pressure vessels & piping refer to corrosion threats and select proper NDE techniques to accurately identify the potential damage mechanism as per ASME PCC 3 - NDT coordinator & supervision- Select the extent & NDT locations on pressure vessels & piping consult with corrosion specialist - Supervision & witness of NDT advanced techniques such as (AU,PAUT,TOFD,MFL,LRUT,IRIS &ET)- Utilize the advanced Hardness testing method.(equotip 550)- Review NDT reports and calculate the required thickness, interval inspection & remaining life-Develop Repair plan for pressure vessels & piping have a process with lethal services, especially NACE materials as per (NACE MR0175,MR0103.NACERB0472& NACE MR0269)- Develop repair plan for pressure vessels with cladding materials according to the (API 510,API 582,ASME VII,& ASME PCC II)- Worked with engineering team to guide them on the required inspection works. - Shutdown for several SRU on Sep.2019 & Jan,Mar2020 and Gas plant on Mar2020 works as an inspection engineer for vessels & piping

Millitah Complex (Gas Plant)

Worked with Deitsmann & Bonatti (GMS) as an integrated team in the engineering department- Monitoring of Welding works as per WPS approved, Inspected of Fit-up and performed Visual Inspection to verify Piping as per Drawing sheet, Arranged NDT as per Client Specification- Monitoring of Welding consumables receiving inspection and Welding consumables Storage, Handling, Conditioning, Delivery and Disposal- Monitoring of Verification, Calibration and Validation of equipment used for Execution of welding or welding allied processes such as Welding machines, Storage and Holding Ovens/portable quivers, PWHT recorders, Welding inspection tools - Preparation of hydro- static, pneumatic & leak test procedures for piping and pressure vessels- Inspection of Refinery Equipment (Heat Exchangers, Vessel, Furnaces and Piping) and issue recommendations for the repair of Corroded or damaged Components.- Preparation of welding plane ,scope of work & welding repair procedure for repair of ( pressure vessels & piping) as per API & ASME- Preparing maintenance workbook included (work order, risk assessment ,work permit , P&ID drawings, maintenance activity , inspection reports and method of statement ).- Coordinate with Maintenance Operation and External Inspection Services in performing and follow up all Inspection activities and review Specification concerning of Stationary Equipment and Piping- Establish and revise Inspection interval base on condition found during Inspection and Testing, witness and evaluate all required Test performed on Stationary Equipment such as Shell and Tube Test- Control tightening procedure for pressure vessels as per client specifications- Conducting Welder Qualification Test as per ASME Section IX and API 1104- Shutdown on September 2018 & April 2019 sulfur recovery plant worked as Inspection coordinator - Total shutdown 2016 & 2018 works as welding & NDT inspector.

Marsa Elbrega(Libya)

_ Worked as turnaround welding inspection for(Urea & Amonia) plants _ The job activity included Asses & supervise the repairs of static equipments the repairs includes Replacement of the section process piping, repairs of pressure vessels and boilers as per (API 570, API 510, API 573 & Asme pcc 2)_ Review of materials test report according to asme section II and specifications to verify physical,chemical and testing compliance._ Follow up the welding preparation book and generating of WPS_ Qualify welders as per ASME section IX_. Preparation of welding repair plane_ Control welding activities for aluminium, austunatic stainless steel, carbon steel & super alloy steel (inconel) etc... As per AWS & ASME _ Preparing welding repair procedure for gray cast iron & aluminium casting as per AWS D11. 1 & volume 4._ Inspection of fabrication and welding to ensure the quality of the job meet the requirements of specifications and applicable standards. _ Preparation of inspection reports and documentation and NDT review.
