-Head of Saudi sales operation, fully authorized (in consultation with Sales Director) to drive key KPI for NABIL company .-Working with the distributor (Multi Brands) on meeting secondary sales, manage the distributor inventory, oversee - the distributor financial (Debit / Credit Notes) arising in Saudi Arabia.-Working closely with Key customer to establish NABIL brand, align on specific trade investment plans (including Listing, Displays Fees, Rebates, Tasting, etc)-Understanding of the Saudi market. Regional split, RE splits.-Have enough exposure on top Key Accounts: Panda, Carrefour, Al Othaim, Farm, Al Danube, Al Raya, Al Tamimi, Lulu, Bin Dawood etc.-Understanding of trade and shopper behavior in Saudi market.-Fully responsible to drive NABIL Primary and Secondary sales, across different Retail Environments and regions of Saudi Arabia.-Translate NABIL goals and objective into Annual calendar along with highlighting the right resources and support needed to delivery on the plans.-Working closely with Distributor team to ensure effective implementation of NABIL Strategy in trade. -Ensure complete listing of NABIL company portfolio across top HSM with objective to achieve 80% Weighted Distribution.-Engage with distributor sales force to drive volumes in Wholesale market effectively implement the Go To Market plans for New launches and implement Annual Sales calendar across kingdom of Saudi Arabia.-Working closely with the distributor trade marketing team & NABIL Jordan team to effectively implement Shopper Marketing campaigns across the country.-Complete ownership of Annual Trade investment with close monitoring of monthly spends via monthly spending process.-Ensure implementation (in case) of Sales Price Increases (SPI's) duly following the right legal and regulatory framework Aggressively. -Traveling across country including B class towns in Saudi to ensure implementation on ground.
