• Responsible and accountable to make sure all projects are delivered on time within the approved Budget and time frame schedule• Responsible review with customers and consultant the design and time frame of projects assigned to him• Accountable to Ensure that project information recorded either in electronic or hard copy• Accountable to attend project reviews and approvals process• Responsible to attend with stakeholders’ tenders opening, then make the study to evaluate and compare the received biddings and share in making recommendation to management• Accountable to follow the Capital Projects FRAME WORK process and procedures• Accountable to attend weekly visit to executed project and submit visit report• Responsible to coordinate with both consultant and contractor to execute the project according to agreed materials quality as documented in BOQ• Accountable to manage contracts and monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreement• Responsible to represent the organisation in an honest, Ethical and professional way• Accountable to Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions

•Supervise the execution of all the contractual civil, architectural, structural, electro-mechanical, and interior works as per the design drawings. •Coordinate with the supervision colleagues as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement and engineering. •Ensure that all tasks are progressing smoothly and solves any problem obstructing the progress. •Manage and apply all safety procedures on site. •Coordinate and meet with consultants as needed. •Follow up all materials required, identifies shortages. •Manage and supervise subcontractors’ works to follow the project plan and the project time schedule.
