Currently I am working at International Steels Limited as a Production Engineer at Galvanizing Plant. My key role is to organize data related to operations, search out for any improvement within the process, continuous monitoring over the raw material consumption during the process of galvanizing, to deal with health and safety issues and give suitable suggestions to overcome further accidental or near misses. Also, I had played a vital role for the implementation of 5S tool at GP floor which provide ease to labor for managing raw material, finish good and scrap item to their proper designated places. A thought process for KAIZEN is performed on daily basis to carry on activities in a more simplified way by keeping in mind the importance of health and safety.
