• Understanding the Lloyd's Banking Group cash accounting and reconciliation model and ensuring accurate accounting entries are passed correctly• Analysing cash flow reports and making the relevant amendments to cash forecasts of Lloyds Banking Group and its commercial customers • Conducting cash flow analysis and preparing summarised reports relating to cash in-flow and cash out-flow • Ensuring that all cash product queries received are resolved in an accurate and timely manner adhering to SLA and all work completed adheres to “one best way” and quality standards.• Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues both orally and written to clearly communicate query outcomes, alongside building relationships with third party cash suppliers and escalating as appropriate • Ensuring that all legislative and regulatory requirements are adhered to by ensuring compliance with the defined complaints handling policy • Guaranteeing all information sent internally and externally is sent in accordance with the Lloyds Banking Group’s regulations and code of conduct, ensuring confidently and security of information
