• Participation in developing SOPs to meet the HSE guidelines of TOTAL Group and managing its implementation via Audits, NCRs, Incident Reports, Fire Drills through a team of 4 Engineers & several contractors at under construction and operational sites.• Assisting the HSE department for the Vendors Risk Assessment of contractors and suppliers.• Providing Engineering solutions to Business Development, Sales & Marketing departments for day-to-day business requirements.• Managing the construction of 15-20 new retail outlets per year as per Design, Quality & Standards within the timelines and approved budget.• Managing & monitoring the maintenance of 70 retail outlets through a team of 4 engineers within the approved budget.• Budget forecasting & cost estimation for projects & maintenance.• Defining & monitoring KPIs for engineers and conducting annual appraisals for the team.• Providing support to Purchase Deptt for the pre-qualification of new contractors and doing On-going Assessment of the existing contractors with the input from engineers.• Approving the payments to contractors against invoices verified by the engineers.• Liaison with the govt. departments like HDIP, Deptt. of Explosives, City Govt. for add-on facilities like CNG, additional dispensers, tanks, shops or any other facility on existing retail outlets.

• Implementation of TPPL HSE policy at under construction and operational sites by conducting Audits, NCRs, Incident Reporting, and Fire Drills etc.• Providing detailed engineering guidelines pertaining to site feasibility & selection, HSE, drawings & layouts.• Managing on time completion of projects ensuring Design, Specs and Standards within the approved budget.• Propose innovative engineering proposals to improve quality/efficiency and/or minimize total cost of ownership.• Checking & verification of Contractors/suppliers invoices for projects & maintenance works. • On-going assessment of Contractors/suppliers.• Managing the maintenance activities as per standards and SLA within the specified budget.• Liaison with the govt. departments like HDIP, Deptt. of Explosives, City Govt. for add-on facilities like CNG, additional dispensers, tanks, shops or any other facility on existing retail outlets.

• Liaison with the Consultants, Clients for the execution and on time completion of projects as per standards & within the approved budget.• Project planning/scheduling/monitoring and execution of activities.• Develop & control weekly cash flows.• Checking of sub-contractors invoices and onward verification of bills from Clients’ representatives.

• Construction Project Management for CNG stations all over Pakistan in association with team of engineers. • Develop checklists for CNG equipment installation & commissioning as per Shell HSE Guidelines and Pakistan CNG Rules 1992. • Assisting Engineering Manager for Technical evaluation of CNG Equipment and procurement strategy.• Liaison with the Principal Manufacturers/Suppliers of CNG equipment.• Cost Estimation for the CNG Projects and annual maintenance budget for CNG stations.• Develop the shutdown plans for the minor/major maintenance of CNG plants.• Develop maintenance contracts for CNG stations.
