ADNOC Offshore Rig (AD-68)∎ Responsible: Diagnosis and Perform Troubleshooting and Repair for Electrical Equipment Systems and devices. Equipment worked on will cover all kinds of synchronous, transformers, trip devices, meters, control panels, switchboards ,UPS, inverters, battery chargers and generators ,Main-Sub-Station , Substation MTR, HVAC Panel System. ∎ Perform post-job checks and testing of equipment after repairs. ∎ Perform equipment installation, testing and modification. ∎ Provide on-site supervision of Electricians & Trainees, ensuring the work is done properly and all safety regulations are adhered to. ∎ Liaison with the drill crew, and others as required for the proper scheduling of repairs and maintenance work. ∎ Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections and maintenance as set forth in the preventative maintenance program.

Pulled , dressed ,terminated and connected power cables, control cables and instrumentation cables between each item and concerned MCC.• Installed the electrical motors, lighting fixtures normal, emergency and escape.• HVAC units Air conditions , steam heaters, electrical heaters, exhaust fan, ventilators. Power Transformers , Lighting Transformers and Heat Tracing Transformers.• Pre-commissioning all cables including mechanical completion, cables continuity check and mugger test.• Pre-commissioning all electrical and instrumentation equipment. Planned and coordinated electrical activities in the site.• Duties: • Supervising and undertaking electrical Works within a commercial environment. • Overseeing the complete strip out and refurb of a client site. • Dealing with any technical issues that may arise. • Carrying out servicing and pre-planned maintenance electrical tasks. • Ensuring that on site Health & Safety regulations are strictly adhered to. • Supervising the work of junior and newly qualified personnel. • Conducting site surveys, audits and inspections. • Organizing work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets. • Undertaking hands on electrical installation work. • Making sure that safe working practices are maintained at all times. • Making sure that work methods are sufficient to meet a projects needs.
