- Secretary to Audit Committee of Board (Board comprised of senior representatives of Govt of Pakistan and independent members)- Procurement reviews of regional energy deals - Pakistan’s first LNG terminal, a bilateral and 2 multilateral gas pipeline and infrastructure projects;- Internal audit - risk assessment, Internal audit plan, execution & deliverables for presentation to Board of Directors;- Secretarial practices - board committee meetings, drafting and finalizing of all related communication (agenda, working papers notices, minutes etc) and conduct of business as per laws;- Reporting to Board of Directors in various advisory assignments and investigations (findings with recommendations to Audit Committee and Board of Directors; - Liaison with different internal and external stakeholders

- From risk assessment and planning to completion of significant external and internal audit assignments, lead and delivered audits on fair presentation and compliance frameworks as per PwC methodology, ISAs and local laws Sultanate of Oman and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - Supervision, review and finalization of assurance engagements including preparation and review of deliverables (i.e. Financial Statements, Management Letters and Board Letters) and resolving audit differences observed during the fieldwork and taking timely decisions on significant matters; related matters and to resolve conflicts on a timely basis- Lead group audits including audit of consolidation of as big as over 90 entities groups involving group reporting and liaison with component auditors (PwC and Non PwC Firms);- Implementation of IFRS 9 and IFRS 15 in energy and manufacturing sectors and audit of first time adoption and convergence to IFRS from local GAAPs in Saudi Arabia;- Lead audit of sole LNG producer of a Gulf State and a mega state owned manufacturing setup in Saudi Arabia- Delivering assurance training as official trainer
