As Manager Shared Service center responsible for the accounting related matters, including payments and processing of receipts of creditors and debtors, of the Dutch companies of Hendrix Genetics, including Holding, Layers, Aqua and Swine.With a team of 5 accountants servicing the Finance and Control departments of the BU's to get all invoices and other transactions in the accounting system(s) in time for reporting monthly results. In close coordination with the BU controllers closing the monthly books.

Within Hendrix Genetics a global project started to implement a new ERP, MTech for the production and logistic part and AX (Axapta) for the financial part. During 2015-2019 HG companies in Canada, USA, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom and Czech Republic went live with this system.As GPO BI responsible for the development of documents and reports used in the system.As GKU Finance responsible for implementing the Finance part of the business, training the local accounting and control departments and support them with the first period end reporting.

Responsible for Finance and Control of the Layer Breeding Division of Hendrix Genetics. Reporting and analyzing results of the Dutch and international entities (Indonesia, Brazil, Venezuela, Canada, France)

Responsible for Finance. Accounting, treasury, reporting intern and extern to shareholders (Nutreco NV en Bovans Beheer BV), direct staff: 2 persons. Also responsible for the financial administration of the sales offices in Kiev, Moscow, Bangkok, Peking

Main activity of this entity of Nutreco is to function as internal bank for all worldwide operating companies of Nutreco NV. Responsible for the accounting, direct staff: 5 persons.

Supporting and controlling the financial departments of subsidiaries in Austria, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Bangladesh and Indonesia.

Responsible for financial project management and for 4 project controllers. Next to project management, responsible for budgeting and general accounting of the division, reporting results, projects, productivity, marketing, debtors to management of the company. Supporting and controlling the financial departments of subsidiaries in Austria, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
