• Following full Recruitment life Cycle, expertise with banking & financial clients, starting from understanding of clients requirements, making search strings by using Booleans, sourcing resume, screening resume, calling candidates, discussion about client requirements, negotiating pay rates, closing the candidates, formatting resume as per client standard, making final submission, send rate and resume confirmation email to the candidate, submit candidates on the client portal, and follow up Interview, offer and joining of the candidate.• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Formatting the resume of candidates as per the client standard and submitting the same on the client portal against the requirement.• Following-up with the candidates after submission in order to ensure no back outs.• Updating the internal Applicant Tracking System in real time for any activities on the submitted candidate.
