Investigation for OOS/OOT.CAPA, its implementation and follow-up. Review of batch manufacturing record (BMR) and batch packing record  Self-inspection, Review and rectification of APR findings for continuous improvement, SOP, revision and review of QA and production functions.

Achieving production Targets.  Organize and Plan to Autonomous and Planned maintenance of Packing Machineries.As a Warehouse In charge (Jan1998-Jun 2003) Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials. Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs for Materials. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork, training, supervising and appraising staff within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. Work closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.
