I was in charge of data management at IMLU. I supported the organization to report cases of human rights violations through data analysis. Specifically, I:1. Supported the development of tools, testing, and management of data capture systems and oversaw data flow patterns for projects that ensured timely data collection and reporting;2. Conducted verification, analysis, and processing of data (qualitative and quantitative data) for quality assurance and integrity3. Contributed data analysis (written text and graphics) for standardized and ad‐hoc reporting needs for external and internal audiences4. Followed up and reported on any human rights violations categories as assigned;Identified and reported new trends of human rights violations (geographical or categories) for action;5. Submitted weekly and monthly reports.6. Ensured security and accessibility of data7. Managed client’s database I learned a lot from this position about election monitoring, human rights, and donor reporting.
