- Designed and implemented High Availability Internet & WAN connection (Cisco Dual DMVPN). Reduced connection recovery time for 40+ branches (~50 employees each) from approx. 2 hours to 30 seconds, saving ~100 man-hours forced downtime per failure.- Designed and implemented High Availability LAN infrastructure for majority of Factories (Branches) of the holding - resulting in raising LAN uptime due to switching to redundant links (mean repair time for broken fiber link is 3-4 days).- Designed and implemented solution to connect reliable and cost-effective connectivity of Weighting Stations to main corporate network via Mobile networks;- Implemented Monitoring of availability and performance for WAN and LAN devices across holding. Engineers began recovery procedures with limited-to-no end-users affected.- Created custom Cisco IP SLA monitoring module for Zabbix.- Implemented AD-integrated RADIUS authentication and authorization for Network Devices Access, where supported.- Unified configuration of network devices, preparing them for future automated management.- Centralized Wi-Fi network management for HQ and majority of Branches. Prepared Wi-Fi unified access authentication across all the holding;- Resolved inconsistency in internal telephony numbering plan, and fixed ability to make internal calls across the whole company, and unified call experience across all the Branches;- Implemented corporate-wide on-demand multiparty audio-conferencing solution. This reduced drastically the IT department engagement to prepare these conferences, and lowered stress for end-users.
