I was taken on as the business was floundering in a town where 2 other shops had recently opened. It was my job to ensure the profits and customer were increased, which I did and exceeded the goals set by the owner.I was responsible for everyday running of the store, all marketing, web site, staffing (hiring and firing) and all the usual duties of the store manager. The graphics I designed (logos etc) are still in use by the company.The business went from strength to strength all due to my hard work and determination - I excel at sales and know I can sell any product.

Managed all IT for the company and ran an out of office IT company for other other Property companies within the Manchester region. We had several staff onboard doing different aspects of work. It was my responsibility to bring in new customers for websites,. computer sales etc, as well as running all the IT and marketing for the company. I personally designed about 80% of the marketing media used in national press. Something which I am proud of as all my graphics skills were all self taught.
