Twelve-month role managing and developing practice relationships, referral networks and preferred providers for Complete Health and Fitness Solutions; liaising with relevant services, General, Medical and Allied Health Practitioners; managing staff, contractors and day to day business activities; and running the remedial intervention program.

Twelve-month engagement coordinating and managing all processes and procedures to ensure patient and practice services are optimised within a fast-paced, high-turnover environment consisting of five doctors seeing up to 300 patients per day.

Four years as District Co-ordinator for the largest provider of school chaplains in Australia, overseeing the organisation and coordination of a range of programs run by twenty-four chaplains across the state of Queensland to support students and youth at risk. Additionally, during this period, I directed the expansion of the chaplaincy program from 32 to 46 schools.

Three years supporting the spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing of students across two schools. Providing support for a range of day to day matters affecting the school community and communicating effectively with a diverse group of people. Dealing with matters including health, social and values education and emotional support in line with the National Safe Schools Framework, and Queensland State Governement policies and guidelines. Liaising with community service organisations, government agencies, hospitals, specialist programs and other allied health professionals.
