Current• Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and standards, lead the strategic deployment of branding across all company touchpoints viz. offices, warehouses, operating locations, mobile apps, tech suites and vehicles ensuring consistent representation of brand identity and messaging. • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, navigating from concept to implementation across diverse channels to achieve maximum impact while optimizing the marketing budgets to enhance ROI and align with business goals.• Craft personalized content to captivate target audiences and drive conversions effectively.• Oversee the creation of diverse marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels. • Spearhead the design and development of Integrated Annual Reports and Business Responsibility Reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and effective communication of company performance to stakeholders. • Ensure high-impact launch activities for new launches, activations and acquisitions, capturing market attention effectively. • Strategically organize and execute internal conferences and events across multiple cities to position the company as thought leaders, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and showcasing the achievements and expertise. • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry associations and media to expand company reach and influence, driving mutually beneficial collaborations. • Continuously gauge and report customer experience and satisfaction using surveys such as CSI, NPS, and CSAT, to extract valuable insights and refine strategies in line with business objectives.
