Currently I am working as a Associate Consultant in Moksa Technology Guru gram.and my last designation Assistant Manager - WFM in Teleperformance Global Services Gurugram. I have 12 year experience in BPO industry of mentioned Airtel Collection, Airtel Retention Vodaphone collection, Vodafone Sales, Vodafone MNP, IDFC collestion and RBL sales process. I have managed all the Dialer related work (Data management, Agents management, Campaign management, Running Filter management, Real-time monitoring and Dialer strategy) and MIS reporting. Currently I am handling RBL outbound sales process and My role is Dialer and MIS management.
