Embarking on my journey with 1.5 years of specialized experience in CNC lathe operations, I have since amassed over 15 years of hands-on expertise in the precision manufacturing industry. My proficiency in turning processes, particularly with Fanuc control systems, laid the foundation for my versatile skill set and passion for excellence in CNC machining.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a deep understanding of various control systems and machine types, including Heidenhain, SIEMENS, Hurco, and others. My experience encompasses a wide range of machinery, from DMG and Mikron to Hermle and Nicholas Correa, allowing me to adapt seamlessly to diverse manufacturing environments and challenges.Additionally, my journey has led me to excel in 5-axis machining, where I leverage my skills to tackle complex machining tasks with efficiency and precision. Complementing my expertise in milling and lathe operations, I have also delved into EDM processes, further expanding my capabilities and contributing to my well-rounded profile.Equipped with familiarity with controls such as TNC 530, 525, 640 in Heidenhain, as well as 810D and 828D in Siemens, I am poised to deliver high-quality results and drive innovation in the CNC machining field.
