• Gathering Reports/Service Requests from client server.• Assigning those reports/ Service Requests to team members.• Responsible to get all Service request completed within the SLA and assigned AHT.• Perform quality check on the request processed daily and monthly.• Publish QC data along with Volume received and processed.• Payment/ Cash applications to customer’s account through report generated by onshore.• Responsible for pulling up the chargeback report from bank portal such as AMEX, JPMC, DISCOVER and running that report through automation software and work on exceptions thrown out by automation software.• Handling Credit Card/ EFT payments and rejections while processing the request.• Handling Commercial Group Mailbox-Investigation on missing/ incorrect payments, Fund transfer request, Refunds on overpayment, locating checks/ ACH / ICP payments, and many more request which are received from Customer.• Reviewing and updating Process Map, SOP and other process document periodically and take approval on it.• Creating audit parameter to meet the quality for the team, and created a automated sheet to track and record audit transactions.• Process transition.• Participating in weekly calls from client on process updates and escalations if raised any.• Providing training sessions and hands-on experience for new hires.
