Mobin Sikder is a prominent young changemaker from Bangladesh, known for his contributions to STEM education through his platform, Science Bee. Mobin, who holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Jahangirnagar University, launched Science Bee in 2018 to address the gaps in the traditional science education system, such as lack of practical lab experience and engaging content. The platform has since grown significantly, with over 1.2 Million students joined and more than 250k registered users in website.Mobin's dedication to science education has earned him several accolades. He received The Diana Award in 2023, which honors young people for their social impact work, particularly in enhancing access to science education. Additionally, he was recognized with the IVD Bangladesh Volunteer Award in 2021 by United Nations Volunteers (UNV) for his contributions to community development through educational initiatives.Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and initial lack of support, Mobin's persistence has helped Science Bee become one of the largest Bengali-language science education platforms.
