- Developing and executing relevant programs focused on market segments, strategic customers and prospects. These programs create awareness of and increase the positive image for MOBONAIR, thereby increasing customer attraction and demand for MOBONAIR offerings and the number and quality of leads generated by our programs that are passed to the sales and channels organisation.Manage all Territory marketing Initiatives so as to:- Segment the market and audience relative to Enterprise and SMB and the appropriate targets within those segments- Create demand and leads for products to significantly contribute to the sales pipeline- Be a key member to the local territory management team. Ensure a strong connection and relationship with the other key business functions of Sales, Channels, Services and Technical Support.Responsibilities include:- Define the messaging, positioning and image delivery of overall MOBONAIR Corporate and individual product portfolio to India- Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact MOBONAIR brand equity in India- Work in a team and localize marketing strategies, leverage both internal and external resources for best practice.- Organize and implement marketing events, including exhibitions, seminars, tradeshows and product launch.- Lead overall implementation of marketing programs including lead generation activities, eMarketing campaigns, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & developer marketing programs, etc- Develop a high-level marketing plans for India aligned with the business priorities of the India business.- Successfully champion an integrated, solutions-based marketing operation for the India region, bringing organizational stability and marketing expertise to a function that had maybe previously been regarded as a largely event and lead generation role.
