I have about 20 years on Product Management and my strongest is my leadership. I had leaded a team for htc multi hero product such as“U11+, U11, HTC incredible……even HTC first PDA phone” and cross-function (RD, MFG, QA, Service and supply chain) communication to ensure the product can be launched on schedule with in the good quality too.
