The test plan was then used for carrying out critical tests on the CRM component.- Technical Role:Using SQL applications such as Toad to maintain operation of various new applications utilized by senior members of varying teams within the IT department.I was also required to teach Cognos report studio to some members of the Analysis team who were newly introduced to the software.
