I have over 30 years of experience providing construction management services and cost engineering services to federal agencies and commercial construction projects. My expertise includes project management, cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, scheduling, risk analyses and cost modeling. I have been responsible for the program management of dozens of construction management and cost engineering IDCs to federal agencies such as DOD, DOE, GSA and VA. project controls to agencies and commercial projects throughout the country. My expertise also includes claims for construction disputes that involve project cost and contract terms and conditions. I have been an expert witness on project cost issues for nine litigation cases.
