- Supervise the Field Operations Team- Supervise and take responsibility for the work of the team by regularly checking work processes and deliverables and providing assistance when needed- Build and maintain a high performing team through strong KPI measurement and monitoring, performance management, coaching and training- Build good relationships with customers, vendors and drivers- Communicating various issues during the registration and loading/unloading process together with the project planner, supervisor, or PIC- Communicate with customers for claims, returns, and item rejections- Train and implement the use of the application to all drivers- Assisting the loading process to ensure the accuracy of the "Travel Letter" and minimize damage/accidents- Ensuring the accuracy of fleet documentation, physical condition, equipment readiness, and driver discipline- Collect and supervise the return of POD data- Create and maintain performance monitoring reports as required- Surcharge survey at point of loading/unloading- Ensuring the Field Operations Team is present at work sites or customers on time- Ensuring the recording of documents related to work is stored in physical archives or soft copies (G-Drive)- Ensure that the Field Operations Team follows the SOP at each work location (based on the customer)

- Build good relationship with customers, vendors and drivers- Train and assist drivers in using the application- Assist the loading process to ensure POD accuracy and minimize damage or incidents- Ensuring the completeness of fleet documents, the physical condition of the fleet, equipment readiness and driver discipline- Communicating any issues during the loading and unloading process with the project supervisor or PICCollect and monitor POD collection or return- Coordinate with finance department- Create and manage performance monitoring reports as needed- Participate in all training processes that support performance in the field

- Coordinate with the factory for conduct an internal test before sending to client- Manage distribution and selection of vendors according to the budget, and ensure distribution runs smoothly to the customer- Make a stock taking account report every week and the end of the month to the supervisor
