Planning and Development Board (BPP) of Universitas Airlangga is the think tank of organizational transformative process in corporates level. BPP concerns on organization productivity and achievement in several strategic agenda such as World Class University program, resource allocation, and university competitive advantage (i.e. strategic business units orchestration).Responsibilities:Assisting Head of BPP to create strategy, to monitor organization achievement progress, and to evaluate university performance in a regularly time period.Overview:a. Develop a Corporate Plan of Universitas Airlangga;b. Create an Organization Capital Roadmap;c. Create an Alumni Capital Roadmap;d.
