As a Laboratory Analyst at SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, I have been working for more than two years in the textile testing department, where I perform various testing methods and operate various analytical instruments according to international standards and customer requirements. In addition to my technical skills and knowledge, I also have a strong sense of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, which are essential for my role and the company's reputation. I am part of the World Class Service (WCS) safety pillar team and the People Development core team, where I contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory processes and practices by applying tools such as 5W+1H, MuriMuraMuda, 5G, S-EWO, EWO, Visual management, Tags, Radar Chart, TWTTP, HERCA, and more. My passion for chemistry and laboratory analysis drives me to constantly learn new things and update my skills in this dynamic and challenging field. I am proficient in using instruments such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, Spectroscopy, LC-MS, and GC-MS, and I am familiar with testing methods such as ASTM, ISO, SNI, EN, and more. I am also fluent in English, and Bahasa which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to deliver reliable and accurate results, ensure safety and quality standards, and exceed customer expectations.
