ZTE - Telkomsel 2G/3G and HSPA+ Optimization Project, Sulawesi & Kalimantan Area1. Supporting network optimization.2. Making optimization plans and schedule, coordination with the other team and controlling all of the project optimization (like: cost, quality and time).3. Meeting with clients to establish their needs and customer complaint.4. Coordinate with drivetest team for new site verification, cluster acceptance drivetest, benchmarking, EDGE/GPRS test, and customer complain.5. Give assistance to field teams during field test, optimization, and site troubleshooting.6. Coordinate with BSC engineer for parameter modification and troubleshooting.7. Cluster acceptance analysis, parameter change recommendation (azimuth, tilt, power), data post processing and finish acceptance document.8. Updating cell information for optimization engineer.9. Creating Drivetest Route for cluster acceptance using GoogleEarth and Mapinfo.10. Analyze DT logfiles and Layer 3 Messages for HO Failure, Dropped call, low RLC throughput, low C/I and do some changes in antenna/BSC radio parameter to improve performance in the problematic area.11. Daily based monitoring and execute any necessary activity to improve the KPI to meet the agreed target. Deal with degraded performances cells, find and close the problem.12. Finishing benchmark drivetest report, Cluster test report, EDGE test report, site optimization report, and complain DT report.13. BSS team support for DTRU replacement, simple BTS troubleshooting. 14. Drivetest and Performing HSDPA and HSPA+ 1st + 2nd carrier cluster test and feature test such as throughput test, inter-frequency HO test using Tems Investigation, Filezilla, DU Meter, QPST, QXDM, Nemo Outdoor.15. RF audit and physical tuning for coverage optimization and interference clearance.16. Finishing cluster report, recommendation and justification.17. Supporting batch, cluster, zone, and site swap acceptance.
