Current Projects:- Driving strategic vision for modernization of our Rent-To-Own point of sale system including solutions such as digital signature capture, e-commerce integration, and mobile applications. - Lead the software development team for our new to market restaurant point of sale platform, Nigel.Highlights:- Direct the end-to-end development and leadership of a restaurant POS system, delivering industry-first features. - Championed vendor relationship optimization, consolidating suppliers to realize significant cost efficiencies and improved service quality. Elected to advisory board position with largest supplier.- Co-Authored the original Managed IT Services Business Plan for High Touch. Currently the 2nd largest division within the company.- Ground up build of a Managed Print Services (MPS) solution for a Fortune 500 account including vendor selections (service and supplies), formation of our support group structure within the High Touch help desk, developed the pricing structure for the solution, and sold the solution to the account. The MPS Solution was featured in Computer World Magazine.
