    Below is a list of Google products I worked on, as a contractor, spanning several years. 2013 - I was hired into the Sales and Support Team (within Ads) to lead the research and design of their knowledge management system, case management system, and CRM platform:- When my new knowledge management system designs were tested, the usability rating (System Usability Scale) rose from 45% (current product) to 76% (redesign)- I received the Sales and Support team award for the rapid turnaround of the Feedback Module - a tool that enables customers to capture and edit screenshots, and comment on any Google product before sending it to support2016 - Google Home Services connects consumers with qualified local service providers. After the pilot, this product successfully launched in many cities across the United States in several verticals:- I led the design of all ad units on the Google search results page across desktop, mobile and tablet- My new interaction designs increased the click rate from 28% to 41% on the Google search results page, desktop experience- I directed the strategy and vision on a small team that won recognition across Google for impacting, influencing, and innovating on a new product idea2018 - Google Local Services (GLS) where I helped design and launch a new vertical for local service providers and consumers:- Won a GLS Award designing my first project at Google- Led the design and branding of a new Professionals vertical at GLS and successfully launched the MVP within 12 weeks- Directed the design of several key interactions within AdWords Express2021 - Looker (part of Google Cloud) helps people explore, share, and visualize their company's data so that they can make better business decisions:- Led research and design for Looker’s new Data Scout product- Involved designing concepts and interactive prototypes in Figma to test several new conceptsfor the Data Scout homepage, configurations flow, and results pages

I started as a fulltime employee for several years, then moved to contract.2001 - Responsible for user interface design of payments and transfers, applications, global utilities, and small business:- Designed and developed several paper prototypes and interactive prototypes based oncompetitive analysis, business objectives, and user needs- Lead role in the Process Definition committee: collaborated with content writers and information architects, to develop tasks, deliverables and dependencies- Key role in the design and development of site wide accessibility and visual design guidelines and standards, effectively centralized visual standards throughout the company2014 - I was brought on board to implement a new design system and led the design of several major products within Consumer Online Banking:- With product and development I led a customer experience team to design and deliver a tool that gave credit card customers the ability to increase their credit lines quickly and securely online. Responsive design using the new design system. Fully ADA compliant- I created new concept designs for Apple Watch banking customers that enabled them to transfer money to a friend using a single gesture action- During a prototype workshop with Health Savings Account stakeholders I directed the prototype creation process and moderated the testing of paper prototypes with real customers in order to validate several new design concepts2018 - I was brought on board to lead the UX of a new CRM design system, in an Agile environment:- As part of one of the first Agile teams in Wells Fargo I was given the task of leading the design of the Servicing Team speed-to-market product- I directed the user experience both at a product and program level- Communicated the designs to internal partners and lines of businesses- Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user experience best practices
