Pervasive Systems for Elder CareI worked on a project with the goal of assisting the elderly in their homes. Essentially I worked on creating a home automation system. I created a voice-activated app using C# and Cortana which controlled various items throughout the home, such as lights, appliances, etc. The app was ran using a Windows 10 tablet. Some technologies that were implemented were: Mongo DB, Web API's, OpenHAB, Node.js, and more.
