Led a team of programmer writers in a fast-paced environment to create a variety of content and developer tools for engineers that are looking to integrate Docusign technologies with their apps, sites, and systems, using Docusign APIs, and showcasing their success stories, resulting in more than 51% of the millions of daily transactions being executed through Docusign APIs. High-level responsibilities included:• Ownership and content strategy over all 2500+ pages of content in the DocuSign Developer Center, developer blog, and developer newsletter, which included tools, sample apps, how-to videos, developer API success stories (customer storytelling), event videos, developer messaging, and more.• Created developer productivity tools, including Quickstarts, IDE Extensions for Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (including GitHub Copilot generative AI), Postman collections, and more.• Streamlined complex developer journey.• Responsible for developer content strategy, based on priorities and initiatives for the company, and set the team’s applicable OKRs.• Extracted and reported monthly content health and API usage metrics, along with analysis and insights into those metrics.• Used data to inform decisions on where to place strategic bets for content and tools.• Established and maintained cross-functional relationships between multiple teams for effective collaboration, including support, marketing, product management, program management, sales, and partner teams.• Enabled sales/field representatives to understand the developer offerings and value proposition.• Developed internal tools to streamline operations, including one to automatically create a series of consistent Jira tickets for repetitive tasks to enforce content quality, and another to create a microservice that ensures GitHub is a single source of truth for code examples.• Ensured developer tools compliance with company security and application (AppSec) standards.
