I specialize in adult learning and teacher training materials. This is after growing up in Jefferson County, Colorado and thereafter staying in Colorado to work with non-profit organizations here, in the context of advising and adviser training. I also specialize in these activities with techniques developed for capacity building and transformational coaching at the organizational level.
