• Plans, design and continuously evaluate, and further develop the Surveillance CCTV locations, Systems and procedures.• Implementing, Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting Analog and Digital surveillance systems.• Install Samsung CCTV System (IP and Analog) according to specified standards.• Install and configure Samsung CMS ( Central Management Software).• Test systems and train CCTV operators on its functions and provide manuals and procedures when needed.• Install and configure network devices and software.• Solve practical problems and detect and repair system faults.• Conducts regular visits to all showrooms and check CCTV system are in place and properly monitored as per standards.• Evaluate the performance of CCTV Operators and provide sound recommendation to improve performance. • Perform routine CCTV maintenance services.• Promote Samsung Techwin Product.

 Responsible for after sales support of products Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liason with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers needs and clarifies if the responsibility of problem resolution falls to sales personel, customers support reps, or engineers.

• Prepares As-Built & Proposed Plans such as Equipment Layout, Cableway, Antenna Plan, Site Development Plan & Vicinity Maps on all Cellsites Using AutoCAD 2000.• Prepares Architectural & Structural Plans for a certain base station such as Guard House, Genset House, Equipment Van, Radio Room, Tower And Other Facilities.• Prepares Work Order for easy Implementation of the Project (GSM rollout).• Conducted Site Survey, Inspection & Gathers Site Information about Engineering Design Such As Equipment Layout, Cableway, Antenna Plan, Site Development Plan & Vicinity Map on all CellSites.• Provides engineering support to Civil works group, Power, Database, Wireless, Wire, Transmission, Operation & Maintenance group, and other groups for easy implementation of the project(GSM Rollout)
