11 years in Advertising (Profession) & Entrepreneurship (Passion), I gathered a lot of ideas that kept me awake at night and researching during the day. Spent 6 months in identifying the right market and testing the feasibility of ideas, I launched my first project - theartiro.com. Next 6 months were dedicated to the designing part of its online interface and laying down the processes. www.theartrio.com is a platform that offers customized services to start-ups, small and medium enterprises in launching the company/campaign or enhancing their social media presence. The core idea is to deliver the assignment in one day.The next project under Modio Ventures is under the planning and research stage.

At KPMG - Infrastructure and Government Services, I worked for Haryana Government - Assisted in Strengthening the institutional capacity of the Invest Haryana - Single Window Clearance System. Structured their processes, provided training to all remote officials, planned digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, and display advertising, and designed & implemented robust MIS Dashboard. Was part of Haryana's Start-up policy formulation during this time. It was quite challenging to comprehend the requirements of state start-ups as Gurugram recorded maximum entrepreneurial activities, followed by Panchkula. Met various Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists to understand the entrepreneurial minds.

Started as an account manager in the Advertising and Branding industry where I spent time understanding the market trends and effective advertising mediums. 4 years in collecting data and analyzing, I started building strategies for brands - geographically based marketing strategies. Along with market learnings, I gained experience in content management and graphic designing for various clients in IT (Salesforce, Cloud Computing, Lead generation, App Building), healthcare, and the Food industry. Lately, my interest developed in the upcoming industry in Environment, Health, and Safety. I got a chance to work for Flipkart, Cipla, Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, and other MNCs.

My project at Media E2E required me to make a business plan, where we have whole content of music, videos or small screen soaps synopsis and we need to provide to it direct to the consumers. I was supposed to research on novel ways to sell digital content to consumers; which can be easily accessible to all the viewers. I was required to make business proposal for the project including its positioning, costing and execution model.Project Undertaken:Selling Digital Content to consumers * Developing Business Proposal * Research done on TV websites to get ideas and mediums to sell digital content * Preparing content for the website * New Vertical - Objective was TO give customized service to consumer. I worked as senior customer support executive in IBM Daksh for BPO operations where my task was to handle customers and manage client relationship.
